💌 Aspen Hill Fashions Return Policy

At Aspen Hill Fashions, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with an easy, stress-free return process.

 

✅ Returns Made Easy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

  • Items can be returned for store credit only.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on future purchases.

📦 Return Guidelines:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, belts)

  • Bodysuits or swimwear

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”

📬 How to Return:

  1. Email us at trandall@aspenhillfashions.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship your item back to us within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. (We recommend using a trackable service.)

💳 Store Credit Details:

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirming your store credit, issued in the form of an Aspen Hill Fashions digital gift card.
